Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TubeFactory, operated by Padoma Trade Service Company Limited, No. 55 Nguyen Trai Street, Phuc Yen Ward, Phu Tho Province, Vietnam ("we", "us"). By signing in to or using TubeFactory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. YouTube Terms of Service
TubeFactory uses YouTube API Services. By using TubeFactory, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information handled by Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
2. The service
TubeFactory is a YouTube channel analytics tool. It gives you read-only reports about the channels you connect, such as video health checks, audience retention, channel reviews, audience comments and revenue insights. TubeFactory is in early access and available by invitation only. Features may change, be added or be removed during early access.
3. Your account and responsibilities
- Keep your TubeFactory account, and the Google account you use to connect channels, secure. Do not share your sign-in with others.
- Only connect YouTube channels that you own, or that the channel owner has authorized you to connect.
- You decide which team members can view your channel data. You are responsible for the people you approve, and for removing an approval when it is no longer appropriate.
- Follow these Terms and the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to access channels, data or features that you are not authorized to access;
- connect a channel without the channel owner's permission;
- interfere with, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the service;
- use the service in any way that breaks the law or YouTube's policies.
5. Revenue figures
Revenue figures shown in TubeFactory are estimates provided by YouTube and may differ from your final payments. Figures calculated by TubeFactory, such as RPM averages and period comparisons, are labeled as TubeFactory metrics. Nothing in TubeFactory is financial, tax or investment advice.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we access, how we use it, who can see it, and how you can revoke access or ask us to delete your data.
7. Third-party services
TubeFactory depends on services provided by Google and YouTube. Their availability, features and data are outside our control and may change. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access, for example if you break these Terms or when early access ends. You may stop using TubeFactory at any time and revoke its access to the Google account you used to connect your channel. After access ends, data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer
TubeFactory is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that data shown will always be complete or up to date.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use TubeFactory.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts of Vietnam.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and inform users of significant changes inside the application. Continuing to use TubeFactory after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
